Wales is a bilingual nation, which means a country where people should be able to choose to live their lives through the medium of Welsh or English, and where the presence of both languages can be seen and heard and are the subject of pride and strength to all.

NARC wishes to promote bilingualism where possible and practicable in all its’ activities.

It will do this by:
Fundraising for translation services that will support the development of bilingual resources where possible including leaflets and promotional material.
